SOLICITATION POLICY

Pursuant to the Act on the Provision and Improvement of the Environment for the Use of Financial Services, we have established our solicitation policy as follows:

  1. Matters to be considered in light of customers’ knowledge, experience, financial situation and purpose of concluding the contract
    • We shall endeavor to solicit our customers appropriately with due consideration of each of the customers’ knowledge, experience, financial situation and investment objectives.
    • We shall endeavor to provide appropriate explanations of product details and risks in light of the customer’s knowledge, experience, financial situation and investment objectives so that customers can make appropriate investment decisions at their own discretion and responsibility.
  2. Matters to be considered regarding the method and time of solicitation to customers
    • We shall conduct appropriate solicitation in compliance with the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act and other relevant laws and regulations.
    • We shall give due consideration to the method and time of solicitation so as not to cause inconvenience to our customers.
  3. Other matters for ensuring appropriate solicitation
    • To ensure appropriate solicitation in accordance with relevant laws and regulations and this policy, we shall endeavor to provide sufficient training to our officers and employees and strengthen our internal control system.
    • We shall endeavor to respond promptly and appropriately to customer inquiries.
