Rena Kaneko

Senior Associate

After graduating from a university in Japan, she studied in Boston, the United States, for two years. Upon returning to Japan, she joined Digital Garage as a new graduate. She has been engaged in planning and organizing the NCC tech conference, conducting research on ESG startups, and driving the Crypto Cafe and Bar project, including community building to attract external communities and partners.

Since 2024, she has been part of Open Network Lab (Onlab) as a mentor, supporting early-stage startups. From February 2026, she will also be part of DG Incubation, contributing to incubation and startup support initiatives.
